Skin Food Aloe Sun BB Cream SPF 20 PA+ #2

Skin Food, Skin Food, If only I had money to afford your items.

Well I like this one since its whitening and has SPF protection, I always go out and not wear enough skin protection and Manila is quite hot and humid..

Let me demonstrate how I love this product.

This is my normal arm. the white portion is mainly because of my wristwatch. hehe.

So I apply a dab of the BB Cream.

And Viola the instant result. its the diagonal line. almost similar to the area under my wristwatch.

Plus its so light and unnoticeable. Perfect for people who would want an all in one solution and an easy alternative. Perfection! Its around 1,200 pesos so, I use a minimal amount everytime I apply it. hehe

:D

Skin Food Peach Sake Toner

Skin Food, the most gentle brand I've known.

This toner unlike other toners seem like water with trace amounts of peach. Usually toners contain alcohol and large portions of it to clean and my nose knows these things.

But really this toner is so gentle and doesn't smell like alcohol. Although we know it is sake but its like water almost good enough to drink.

And mind you, it keeps the pores refined and cleans thoroughly too unlike other toners that closes pores and leaves dirt inside causing pimples and all.

My comment, Perfect!, well except the price its around 1k so you have to use it wisely and effectively.

Godiva Acne Clear Cream

I went to this Godiva store at University Mall at Vito Cruz cor Taft Ave. I was supposed to buy Fruitonique since its an anti-aging and hydrating formula and I've tried it before and was kind of convinced. However, I had this pimple scars so I inquired about the most effective product on pimples and its scars. This was the product offered and was convinced since she pointed the sales person across the Godiva store as the proof of its effectivity.

"Andaming pimples ni Ate dati" Said the Godiva sales girl
"Oo, pumuti pa ako. " the girl from the opposite store added

I looked at her and was convinced. I recognize the girl who tried the product, I've seen her and her face before. I shelled 280 pesos for the product, which was quite reasonable since it is a special acne cream.

At first, I didn't like the raisin-wine smell of the product plus the first cream that came out had water/oil which had separated from the mix. However I tried the product on. I was disappointed with the sticky feeling after the product was applied. The product was not absorbed easily. I had to sleep and wait for the next day.

I woke up with supple skin and some of my pimples had dried.

I'll keep you posted after I use this for a week.

Godiva Inhibition LicoWhite Lotion

I like this product since I do shave my legs. After shaving, I apply this and my skin feels smooth and protected. I like the powdery scent and the "natural skin care" that is Godiva's main description.

My skin did become even (not fair as this is part of the LicoWhite Lotion range), my skin also become moisturized. The lotion was supposed to inhibit hair growth, the areas however were not defined. But I believe they also have Inhibition in deodorant.

My experience on this is somehow more positive than that of Sally Hansen's inhibiting lotion (where my hair grew thicker, ouch) . The hairs on my legs had slower growth but the thickness is still the same as before. So guys , don't shave your legs so much.

My rating, "Puwedeng - puwede" as this is very effective although the price is quite expensive for a product bought via Watsons or Godiva stall shop. I was expecting this to be around 150 but it was around 250 (correct me if I'm wrong). But hey, the product was supposed to delay hair growth and stop it eventually so that costs extra, I think. Plus its Pinoy Made and its natural (although I saw a number of chemicals though).

San- San Hydrating Color Dew Lipstick #03

I was at HBC, looking for some hair scissors and found this pink lipstick from San-San. I was looking for a pink colored lipstick and found the shade perfect.
(The left one is direct application while the right one is dabbed )

Upon application, the lipstick seems too pink but with me being acidic, the shade fit my skin tone. Eventually the too pink color went to pink with an orangey shade. Small glitters are also seen.

The lipstick was not really hydrating or moisturizing, as you can see the lipstick did not blend well on my lips even though I had dabbed it already. Also after I applied it I felt some kind of acidity on my lips.

Overall, "Puwede na"/ can do. if its a lipstick for everyday use if you're not conscious about your look, use only small amount, dab the lipstick since it has better results than direct application. The product is around 80 pesos.

I have no idea it this is Filipino made or just imported from China. But would have supported if it was Filipino made. I'm a sucker for those. :D
